The brief phone call and face to face interview with three different interviewers.
I had to answer all the questions they ask and they took note of my responses.
I had to drive to the company to meet the different interviewer.

Had a quick phone screening interview with the HR rep, then a 20-minute phone interview with a Lab supervisor, then a 1-hour long video panel with lab supervisors. Seems like a long interview process for a part-time job, but maybe thats the standard now. Sadly did not get a job offer, but it was good interview practice.

Initial phone interview with hr followed by phone interview with 3 managers. Finally a five separate zoom interviews back to back with managers and hr. Took about 2 and a half months from beginning to end.
