1 hour video interview with hiring manager
Two 45 minute interviews with 5 directors/senior managers
STAR interview questions, come with examples! The 45 minute interviews with multiple people at the same time were rapid fire - one would ask a question and then the other one would go... did not leave me time at the end to answer my own questions about the role/company.
Recruiter spent 30 seconds on the phone with me to let me know that they had passed on me. No feedback from my interview or reason from the team... After spending multiple hours preparing for the interview and then 4.5 hours in interviews, it felt like a slap in the face/that my time didn't matter.

Interview began with HR screening. The next step is meeting 1:1 with someone in the role that you're applying for. It's an opportunity to ask questions about the work you would do. The last step is meeting with a several people from different departments separately including the hiring manager. The hiring manager is the last on the line up of interviews. My experience was the interview process was pretty casual with everyone on except the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked many behavioral type questions.
