I applied online and was contacted by the internal recruiter from Poland. The recruiter was lovely and explained more about the role and arranged an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was just meh, not very engaged or enthusiastic about the role, wasn't very comfortable to answer my questions and didn't cause me a good impression or made me want to work there. I later got confirmation that they decided to proceed with other candidates, but even if I had been successful in the first round, I would have passed. There's about 4-5 rounds of interview.
