They provide a one way interview that has a 30-45s cap on answering questions with three attempts each. However you have unlimited time to think about your answer beforehand. Then if you are selected they ask for a face to face interview. They greet you and just go through a list of questions they prepared, super one sided and doesn't feel like a conversation.
