I applied online. After 3 phone interviews, I flew to Kansas, grabbed a rental car for an interview and lunch with a supervisor. When I arrived at the office, there was a minimal computer skills test, followed by driving a supervisor to the lunch location (driving skills review). During lunch, the supervisor went over the position in detail, stressing the travel requirements. After returning the office, I drove back to the office and flew home.

The big concern is if potential employees can travel. This position is not for everyone.
Thank you for your comments. We have done many things to improve the interview process and steam line our procedures. Yes, this is certainly a position with much travel involved serving our customers across the USA. We try to ensure that candidates are fully aware of the amount of travel during the initial interview with a recruiter.
