The interview consisted of four tasks - a panel interview, a presentation, an unseen task, and a group task. The unseen task was a prioritisation of a number of scenarios (i.e. in-tray exercise). Parts of this were positive, and I could see the rationale for the activities. However, the organisation of the day was such that there was a very long wait beween tasks (up to 1 hour between tasks at some points for me). These tasks also centred very heavily around an aspect of the role that did not feature predominately in the job description/person spec. I felt this was unclear and somewhat untransparent.
