when i first interview it was not in proper order, not organize and definitely not in the right place to do some interview. First impression was i saw friendly faces but less experience in interviewing people. The company wanted to hire people but they dont even know how to handle them.

I cant pay you your previous salary because this is only a small company. You are going to do some overtime but without payment for that, you cant go back not until you finish your job for the day, you are required to do multi task with a minimum pays and only given incentive if your performance is good enough. the incentive will be forfeit if you fail to perform the following month.
