There are three rounds for the senior software engineer role in Excel Net Solution Pvt Ltd. In the first round, they focus on basics of any languages on which candidate has hands on experience.

Overall 5 interview rounds are conducted. 3 Technical, 1 managerial and 1 HR round. It's for Frontend position so basics of Javascript and problem solving discussed in 1st round. 2nd round is more inclined towards React.js and its core principles and a small application ask to make in this round. 3rd round is system design one, a use case is given and have to present my approach how to solve it. 4th round is managerial/behavioral where discussions happen with the CEO of the company. 5th round is HR. Pros: All interviewer give hints if you got stuck anywhere. Cons: Compensation offered is too low as compared to market standard. So discuss prior with HR before conducting interviews, otherwise you will waste your time.
