Called me to arrange, could barely understand due to the crackly phone line. The entire process was contrived, backwards and disorganised. Their HR department being outsourced to Madagascar is clearly not working for them. Multiple people called me to arrange the same interview which took a week to culminate, some telling me the final round would be at a certain time, only for someone from HR to call at that time and ask me "When I would like the interview to be?" Met with confusion on both ends they said we will check with the "manager" and call back in "5 mins" Didn't hear back from them in 3 days. Emailed them and told them in accordance with GDPR I want my records with them expunged. I hope they never contact me again. A complete waste of time. Avoid this company. The lack of professionalism, punctuality and general togetherness needed to function as a business entity they do not have. I only spoke with them on the phone 3 times during the process. I cannot begin to list the shear number of RED FLAGS in tone and many other fine details that definitely raised some eyebrows in the moment. Such as: They lied about my experience in previous roles to the client and smudged my language knowledge to fit their purposes. I would describe the process as "poorly organised" but I think that doesn't properly convey how much I hope this enterprise fails. When you are unemployed, willing to grasp every opportunity, things like this really only do so much as annoy you.
