There was only one interviewer in the room and he was very friendly. He asked basic competency questions and then a technical engineering challenge at the end. I was then offered a tour of the factory at the end. (Interview went on for an hour and the tour took roughly 20-30 minutes)

The interview was friendly and one on one. I was given a tour of the factory and walked through exactly what I'd be doing and who I'd be working with.
