The interview process was unremarkable. However, this job is basically an in-house contractor position so the terms are similar to contract agencies, but agencies pay much better. Time off is minimal - PTO must be used for holidays, no sick time given, that leaves little paid time off. Little opportunity for advancement. Culture heavily focused on nepotism. Expect to be paid the same as less experienced/educated coworkers. Job security questionable.

The recruiter was rude throughout the whole process. Upon querying about salary - they said something like “no point wasting each others’ time, I have a lot of work to do, I have X many roles to fill”. This is not the right way to speak to a professional candidate.
I proceeded with a remote interview with the specialist, who was very friendly and knowledgeable, but did mention that it was a contract position (it was advertised as permanent). I was offered the job on the spot at the end of the call.
Upon further dealings with recruiter, again very pushy, trying to make me accept terms and a start date without having seen a contract (she said “I have hundreds of people who want this job if you don’t accept”).
I was cautious about overtime after reading the reviews on Glassdoor, but the recruiter assured me there would be zero overtime, and also that it was actually a permanent contract. Then I received the contract, which specifies that you must work mandatory unpaid overtime to meet targets, and the permanency I believe is project dependent - you can be dismissed with one weeks’ notice!
I declined the offer as the experience with the unprofessional recruiter left a very sour taste in my mouth. It should also have been advertised as a temp job.
You will first be contacted by a recruiter and receive a job description. Once you inform them that you are interested, they will contact a manager to set up a phone interview. The phone interview takes about a half hour. The interviewee will provide notes and decide whether you will move on to the next step. The next step in the process is an in person interview with a manager. After this interview, you will find out whether you have gotten the job or not.
