On the first day, there is a group interview with the CEO. On the second day you go out in the field for door-to-door sales and they observe you during that.

The interview was not bad per se, however I did feel as though the job were being sold to me very systematically. They were very enthusiastic and seemed like genuinely fun, decent people. The interviewers really seemed to know their trade and it made me very curious to learn more.
