Background boilerplate questions on past work/experience, along with general IT knowledge questions, followed by questions heavily emphasizing basic and advanced troubleshooting of hypothetical enterprise network issues. Critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills are necessary to do well here. You'll be standing up at a whiteboard with a marker talking your way through the scenario to identify, troubleshoot, triage, involve external resources/teams, and escalate as necessary. Then the scenario will change and you'll repeat, and then repeat again.
