Poss and BMST test passing required. Group setting behavior question. Interview about an hour long. asked 4 behavior base questions. Mainly dealing with working in a group environment and making sure you are a team player.

Tell me a time when you had too many things going on at one time and how did you manage them.
I applied online and waited about 2 weeks until I received an invite to schedule my bmst and poss test. After the testing I was informed that I would not be moving on in the process.

Applied back in 2020. Took POSS and then had about 30 minute STAR interview with 2 people. Never heard anything back from the recruiter after the interview so I guess it went poorly.
Applied. About a month later called to take a pre employment test. Notified I passed the test. About another month later called to set up interview. Interview seemed very dry. About 4 months later revived robo email that I was not selected.
