POSS test in the morning, Basic Math and Skills test in the afternoon. Interview at the plant the next day. The beginning of the interview they went through my resume and asked me about myself and some of my experiences. Then we moved into behavioral type questions. The end of the interview was them telling me more about what the job entailed and left room for my questions.
I applied online and waited about 2 weeks until I received an invite to schedule my bmst and poss test. After the testing I was informed that I would not be moving on in the process.

Applied back in 2020. Took POSS and then had about 30 minute STAR interview with 2 people. Never heard anything back from the recruiter after the interview so I guess it went poorly.
Applied. About a month later called to take a pre employment test. Notified I passed the test. About another month later called to set up interview. Interview seemed very dry. About 4 months later revived robo email that I was not selected.
