Submitted resume in mid November 2013 and received a call in January 2014. Dawn at HR asked me, "Tell me about a time a customer had a valid complaint and how did you resolve it." She set up a testing for the next day and asked that I make it 15 minutes early. I made it 30 minutes early and met with then other potential employees. We tested and I received the highest score, you can find this out by simply asking the other test takers what they missed. I was interviewed by a white female and a Richard. They both asked the same questions. "Tell me about a time you went over and under for a customer." "When did a customer have a valid complaint." "When did you feel mistreated at work, what did you do"? Everything went great. I was the youngest by 10 years a and the only male being interviewed that day, things felt good. I received an email two days later informing me I was not qualified. I emailed a response disagreeing and asking for feedback to help me as I continued my job search. I received an email repeating what the initial email read. The job starts at $28.46.
