I applied online and the job description was fairly general. I was pleasantly surprised when a human resources intern called me to set up a screening interview. The screening interview over the phone was very pleasant with the recruiter being very pleasant and conversational. The next week I received an e-mail with the date and time for an in person interview with four more people. I already had another interview scheduled for the same time and I had no choice but to ask them to reschedule the interview for another time. It took another week or so, but I was offered one more alternate time to interview. I met with the recruiter that did my phone screening, the hiring manager and two more people for approximately one hour of interviewing (everyone together not individual). Everyone was very nice and actually seemed interested in our discussion and I felt that we had good chemistry. I was a pleasant experience. After a few weeks the recruiter personally called me and said that they had offered the position to an internal candidate but that I interviewed well. It was nice to get some feedback and not be left hanging!
