Practice STAR method. The interview had about 6 panelist from different group. The interview was not too difficult. Take your time when answering the question, but don't take too long to answer the questions. Don't over practice ;)

It was simply behavioral questions. Using the STAR method. Honestly I wasn't prepared myself since it was my first ever interview but I know people who do prepare and practice can definitely get the offer.

Two behavioral interviews with normal questions about experiences, why you are interested, etc. First with direct manager then a higher up. Process took around a month from application to offer.
