6 people in the interview… that’s entirely too many. 3-4 is ok but 6 is a little too much. Interview was virtual through Microsoft teams. All of the people were directors from different departments. They kind of ask all the same questions and expect a ton of different answers. Situational questions will be similar when you work in the same department. 2 hours later I got a denial email. I think if I didn’t have so many people in the interview I could have done better. One of the ladies were being very judgmental. I asked a question about the turn over rate & she took it personal instead of just answering the question.
