Email contact and then screening interview with HR. Simple 20 minute discussion about the position and the candidate background. Moved on to 1hr written evaluation. Written eval was a blind timed 1hr risk analysis of an international company with public available info.

One initial interview with a HR then you have a 3 hour long interview with 3 different individuals I think from the upper management. Do not set the time interview at the end of the day, the interviewers might be tired
It was ok. Had a phone screening and a mock interview that consisted on some corporate research and structuring. After that had another phone interview and then got an offer.

Tell us about yourself and why you would be a good acquisition
Pretty standard interview. They give you a case study to complete in an allotted time and give you a language proficiency test. Overall it wasn't too bad of a process.
