Not a good experience. The first part of the process is a video recorded portion where the CEO asks a question and you record yourself answering within a certain timeframe. The second stage was an interview with CEO which was awkward and a little condescending. Not to mention he was late for it. For the third round they gave me an assignment. I spent a decent amount of time on it and I never heard back. No feedback, not even to tell me thanks, but no thanks. I even followed up two weeks later and nothing. Ghosted. Very unprofessional.

Ok, I thought it was just me… this was a weird process through and through. Applied directly to the position via the COO’s email address listed on LinkedIn as instructed. Completed the video recorded portion of the interview ie the CEO asks a question and you record yourself answering within a certain timeframe. I think it was a minute and a half.? The second stage was an interview with the COO and CEO. It was so awkward, forced and strange. There was a lot of quiet moments and the CEO seemed either disinterested or distracted. The third round I spoke with someone in the role. It didn’t leave me that interested but I figured what the heck, made it this far. The fourth round, the CEO and COO wanted to meet again and they gave me an assignment. I submitted it then, nothing. I never heard back. No feedback, no “we’re going another direction”, no thank you. Nothing. Just disappeared into the abyss. Not sure if there were 5 rounds or if they just leave you hanging at 4. Either way, 12/10 would avoid
