First of all there is no interview they just select you as soon as you apply from linkdin or any other platform. They provide good package just to lure freshers to work for them. They will ask for certain documents of yours to give you the offer letter.

As i said there are no interview questions asked they just select you directly
No interview. Just verification through form that you fill. Then they would short list . It’s work from home. They would just ask you to fill another form regarding certain details . Then you get a mail if you are selected
No interview taken for the role of BDA . Direct offer letter given for the job which was quite unexpected and weird. From YouTube videos got to know that they don't pay on time the salary and it is purely commission based sales job.
