I applied online and in about 2 or 3 weeks I received an email from HR requesting I fill in their "get to know me better" form. It asked questions about how my skills matched to the job description, current compensation, hoped for compensation, and dates and times I could do a phone interview in the coming 2 weeks. It ended up that I was a good match but they were hoping to fill the position within 2 weeks, which was before I was available for hire.
