A friend told me about a spot in a project, so he forwarded my resume to the project manager. After 1 month he contacted me and we set up a in-person interview for the next day. I came to the office, which is very nice, and had a 30 minute talk about my past and a quick descition of the responsabilites.

No difficult questiion was presented to me. I had no actual technical interview, as the manager need someone "right away" to start a project. Since then I interviewed people technically and failed all of them.
