I was blown away by the professionalism shown at every step of this interview. I had become used to going through one or two interviews, two weeks apart, then just being "ghosted" by the recruiter. Not so at Experian! From submitting my application, it was about a week before they emailed to schedule an initial interview. It's all done online, so you choose from available times that are best for your schedule. Then the system sends you the information for the Teams or Zoom call or phone call or whatever type of interview you're doing. So I had the initial screening. I was told on that phone call that I would next interview with the hiring manager, then within a few days I did meet with him, again, scheduling my own interview time. From there, in just a few days I met with a VP, and then a few days later, the Senior VP. They kept me informed via phone and email at EVERY step of the way, which is just phenomenal in today's job searching world. I have not received an offer but I have just been so, so impressed with the way they conducted themselves at every step of the interview process. I was always treated with respect and as though my time was valuable.
