Fast and very personal, was directly with the design director which was really nice it was fast and a nice conversation but the evaluation process was a bit longer in terms of the communication of the decision.

extremely messy - number of steps, expertise of people interviewing you etc. is really unclear. the interview per se is pretty easy, based on portfolio and some questions on specific design case studies. interesting people met at more senior level.
