Assessment centre involving several exercises. these included a group work task, interview, presentation and in tray exercises. the in tray exercises involved a proof reading task and composing an email to a hypothetical client. No psycho metrics but this may change for all i know. It was well done and well organised

Following a cover letter and CV application, there were 2 interviews. The first included a short attention to detail task followed by competency questions. The second was more informal, a meeting with senior sales lead.
