The initial phone screening was a bit of a mess to be honest. The woman on the other end could barely hear me and it was very hard to get a good flow of conversation going. At one point I was certain that I was talking to AI. Anyways, she only asked very basic questions such as do you have experience in X. If you answer yes she would ask how many years experience do you have in X. I feel like this could have been entered into the job application instead of taking a 45 min conversation.
Finally, I have seen this mentioned on a few other posts but the job was advertised as a permenant role

Colloquio
First was an HR interview and I was asked about my type of personality and if I worked in a team and what projects did I worked at. The technical interview was easy with questions about OOP and small problems.
