One round of technical interview with the project manager and HR round just for a formality. The HR let me knew that I was selected by the very next day. Since I was in a career break, they did not release the offer in the next few days, rather they waited until a public holiday and then released offer late in the night on the day before the public holiday with joining date mentioned as the day next to the public holiday. They were neither interested in informing bit early nor to negotiate anything on that. After having a conversation with some of the employees through my friends, the work culture did not seem to be a great place to work. Work life balance is also a problem.
