Had 2 rounds of interview. First round is for aptitude and second round with HR. Interview was bit easy to answer and very simple hiring process. Maybe the job was for fresher so it was easy.

Honest Review – Disappointing Interview Experience: One of the most unprofessional interview experiences I’ve ever had. The process went on for almost two months, and after successfully clearing all rounds, I even received a confirmation email and completed document verification. Despite all that, the HR denied providing the offer letter. I was left in complete frustration and depression for almost six months. Thankfully, I later got another opportunity (though with lower pay). If that hadn’t happened, this year could have turned into a complete disaster for me. It wasn’t just me — four other selected candidates faced the same issue. While I truly believe Expleo is a good organization, the HR involved in my process was extremely unprofessional and completely failed to stand by his word. He initially spoke very politely, then started ignoring messages, and later postponed updates repeatedly. Eventually, he said that “other candidates were selected,” but even those so-called selected candidates never received any offer letters. This felt like a complete scam that played with our emotions and efforts. After putting in so much hard work, facing such dishonesty is disheartening and mentally exhausting. I sincerely request higher authorities to keep a close watch on such HR practices, because situations like these can deeply affect candidates’ mental health. Such unethical behavior can have serious consequences — even leading some people to lose hope entirely or commit some dangerous step for life. Please ensure that no other candidate goes through such an experience in the future.
