I initially applied online and was invited to a centre interview with two members of staff who asked me questions surrounding my CV and tried to establish a bit more about who I was and what my motivations for applying were. I had to pitch a gym membership to the public by stopping them and trying to engage with them to sell the gym membership. Following this, I had an opportunity to engage with the children and help them with their work. This part I enjoyed because the children are interested in finding out who you are and they are happy to talk to you.
I was then invited to the assessment centre where there was a range of activities such as 1:1 interview, presentation, group work, sales role play and a basic maths and English test (nothing to worry about). We were taken to Zizzi's for lunch with our groups and this was nice because you are giving a chance to just get to know the interviewers and a little bit about them and your group members too.
I had such a good time at the assessment centre as the atmosphere is relaxed and they remind you that you are not in competition with each other. Therefore, get to know the people on your assessment day and talk to each other and support each other before and after their session. ny advice to applicants would be, make sure to remember the values of the company and what they look for and try to incorporate that in your answers to the interviews and demonstrate that you are passionate about the company and all that it stands for. Finally, I would say just be yourself and show enthusiasm and show that you can interact well, not only with your interviews, but with your group during the breaks. Most of all, just make sure to sell yourself and explain what makes you good for the various aspects of the job role.
Very quick. 2 interviews: first one was telephone interview where they just asked you about your background and why you want to apply. the second one was a formal Teams one that also included a presentation task

Was a tutor previously so there is a scheme which allows the opportunity to interview internally for management positions- easy, friendly process with a great recruitment team. Easy to navigate- written application, then some video questions, some feedback from the team I used to work with and then a formal interview with recruitment and regional manager.
