The assessment day down in Guilford was really productive, unlike other interviews, I felt really welcomed, less stressed and really enjoyed meeting the EL team. Prior to the interview, I felt well prepared as I had an email outlining what was happening on the day so I could plan in advance and know what to expect.

Was a tutor previously so there is a scheme which allows the opportunity to interview internally for management positions- easy, friendly process with a great recruitment team. Easy to navigate- written application, then some video questions, some feedback from the team I used to work with and then a formal interview with recruitment and regional manager.
