HR phone call introducing herself and the company then asked to know about myself,partially in english, good experience. then scheduled an online interview.
Interviewed by two DS, asked about my knowledge and experience,asked several technical questions about ML. was kind and friendly.
The day after an HR called and said they decided to move forward with other candidate.
Overall the process was very positive even though i wasn't accepted.

Disrespectful interview experience. The entire process took 4-6+ weeks with long technical interviews, a week-long time-consuming project, and 1-hour presentation. In the beginning, I was transparent about visa sponsorship and they asked me to still go through the process. But in the end, they ghosted me and sent a rejection letter after making me go through the entire time-consuming and demanding process. Very very frustrating and disrespectful process.
An interesting interview with the DS manager and one team member. The interview went well, it took 1.5 hours and wanted to send a task. Before sending it they recruited someone else (only weekend passed!)
