The interview process was overall pretty laid back and easy. Once you get the interview you are more than likely to get the job. Just basic behavioural questions, but as you gain more seniority it becomes more difficult and specific.

1 interview with the direct report manager and director which was fairly easy. Be prepared to discuss how you can contribute to the company's vision and discuss your role. Received an offer in 2 weeks timeframe. You need additional security clearance before you can officially start at the job.
