The interview was scheduled according to my preference. A very pleasant experience. The interviewer was well versed in the company's operations and was quite friendly. I was not selected because the role didn't fit my profile, but was a good experience nonetheless. Stages of the interview - 1. Skill/Profile review 2. Online Test 3. Meeting with the Op Head 4. Final Meeting before Onboarding

The first scheduled interview was postponed because no one at the company ended up being available? (which fits with the other reviews that said the company is disorganized). I rescheduled on the wrong month, which was my fault, I accidentally hit the mouse wheel that switched it without my realizing, and then I had to reschedule again. But they let me know that I had to reschedule by emailing me on Memorial Day (which, to me, indicates poor life/work balance-- it was a national holiday, after all). Ended up interviewing with nice knowledgeable guy who seemed honest and friendly and made me feel a bit better. Was scheduled for a tech assessment next and told it would be three tests for 10 minutes each (30 minutes total). When I logged in it was 5 tests for 50 minutes. But I'd only set aside 30 minutes as indicated so had to rush through it. Was next scheduled for an interview with VP of something. But the event on my calendar said the interview was for an intern position I didn't apply for, not content manager?? I was still going to show up and see what was going on. It was supposed to be tomorrow. But they canceled the entire interview today with no explanation at all. Waste of time, no respect for potential employees' time, and the company is as disorganized as folks say. Would not recommend.
