The interview process was time consuming and sort of complex. You were interviewed with another person by two people. They scheduled a lot of interviews on the same day so everything was running late. After the interview you were sent home. About two days later I was asked to join the team.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
