It was a group interview, the manager asked us 6 questions. It took place in the back of the store, like the warehouse area. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and briefed us about the store. It didn't take very long either. He didn't ask to see our resume.

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
