-I walked in and asked if they were hiring and the manager liked my style so she took me outside and did a quick interview in front of the store
-Not a hard process, basically most of the questions were about my experience in retail and why I chose Express

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
