The interview was easy. There were very basic questions, such as strengths and weaknesses, work style, etc. But they also asked what fashion meant to you and why you wanted to work at EXPRESS. I only had one interview, but I think there are a total of two in the process if they are looking to hire you. The manager just said they wanted nice, friendly people who would be dedicated. I didn't get offered the position because I was just looking for summer work, so apply only if you can be there longterm.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
