Why do you want to work at Express, talk about a time when you gave really good customer service, what's the difference between servicing and selling to a customer, what are your strengths/weaknesses, why should we hire you? Group interviews can be as small as you and two other people to at least 10 people. You definitely want to talk enough to be remembered, but not so much that you seem like you're trying to hard and rub the manager the wrong way.
