Very informal, was told it was a group interview but it was just me and another guy. We got to chat while waiting so it was comfortable and not competitive. (We both got hired) Met with the talent manager and then the store manager a few days later. Was more like getting to know me than an actual interview. Lasted around 45 minutes.
