Four applicants were taken into a back room. All of us were asked the same questions, and we would answer in order by going around the table. It would have been nice to get some prep time; I was called four hours before the interview, so I probably wasn't appropriately dressed. Didn't get the job, and the next day, the hiring manager pretended not to know me when I went shopping in the store.
