Very easy. I've worked at two different locations. Closer to holiday they do group interviews but at other times it's one on one. The hiring manager is always kind and caring. They look for fun fresh faces that WANT to work. If you have self confidence then you are a shoe in.

Applied online and was contacted to set up an interview time. Went to the store for the interview and they asked me some basic questions and about my retail experience. Called me back about 2 weeks later offering me the job.

It was a group interview and we all went around answering questions. Everybody had good answers and I didn't even receive an offer. I thought I was going to get hired because I answered my questions to the best of my ability.

Got called in for a group interview with 2 other people. Then got called in for a brief meeting with one of the managers - a one-on-one interview that lasted 5-10 minutes.
