I applied during holiday season when they were hiring a lot of people. I applied and got a call the next day. My interview was a group interview, one manager and 2 of us being intervied. The manager would ask a question and we both had to answer it, it was better if you would answer first. Interview was easy, very relaxed. I got the job.
