I had a small group interview. Very laid back and they ask basic interview questions. They also make you create an outfit and present it to the group. The process took a while (about two weeks) because they couldn't get ahold of one of my references, and yes they do check them. Overall it was a good experience, I got the job, although it was seasonal, but they kept me as a permanent associate after the season.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
