Group interview, about 2-3 people. mine was with the store manager at the time. it was very easy going and she gave plenty of time for each of us to answer the questions. took less than an hour but she did ask 4-5 questions. they just get a feel for your personality and worth ethic. there is actually more work involved than just folding clothes and saying hello to customers

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
