Long and pointless. You have to go back and forth with multiple people. After each person, you have to wait a long time before you get to the next one. By the time I received a offer I was a week int my new job.

The interview was a Panel interview with 3 ppl. 2 district and 1 manager. They all asked questions during the interview. It was Easy. Dress to impress the interviewer. Have some questions to ask them.

Apply.Then follow up on application. Then get a call back. Then interview. Then wait a week or so. Then receive a low offer( possibly) then counter offer.Then wait another one or two days .
Zoom interview with DM first, then a second phone interview with the Surrounding States DM. Phone call offer after that. I trained in the top volume store 1.5 weeks before taking over my store
