Went in to apply at the store and got a call back before I even made it home saying to come in the next day for the group interview. Went in for the group interview with 3 other girls and the manager asked a question and went around the table for each of us to answer. It was about 5 or 6 questions. On my way home I pulled into the driveway and received the call that I was being offered the position.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
