I was first asked to come in for a 1:1 interview with the store manager, The day of the interview i was required to dress with express clothing. The interview consisted of going over my application and discussing my previous experience. i Was asked what was my desired pay and if it was negociable. also i was asked what i liked about express and what cloths do i like the most and why.The manager called my two references and asked them a couple of questions which i dont know and later that week called me to offer me a position.
