Simple short straight to the point. Not very personal. Just about availability and what I could commit to. There was questions about experience in certain fields and what fields I was interested in pursuing. Then They were more interested in who I knew that I could refer them to and I had to give them three references so they could recruit them.

Paper work and more paper work basically. Then you also take a skills test that they have you do after you finish the paper work. They also take you in after all of that and do a one one interview as well.
